1 bedroom suite is located on the 2nd floor, air-conditioned. It is suitable for families with small children. It has a living area, kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, a ceramic stove, a refrigerator with freezer, kettle and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a hairdryer. The bedroom has a double bed, the living area a comfortable couch that can be converted into one or two beds, flat-screen TV, free wi-fi and a wardrobe. A balcony and a lovely view of the garden or the magnificent Mt. Stol. Included in price: bed linen, towels, toilet paper, kitchen towels, heating, air condition, dish soap, an iron, wireless internet, final cleaning, parking, BBQ facilities

Children under 5 years can stay at the apartments for free if they sleep in bed together with their parents. Arrival to the apartments is possible after 4 pm. On the last day guests must leave the apartments before 10 am. Early arrival and late departure are possible by arrangement. It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments or have pets in them. The price of the apartments depends on the number of persons staying in the apartment, the length of the stay and the time of year. Parking for guests is available in front of the house. Cancellation Policy

In case of a cancellation we pay you back your advanced payment according to the following conditions:

if you cancel your vacation 15 days prior to your arrival we pay you back 100 % of your advanced payment

Cancel your vacation 7 to 15 days prior to your arrival

if you cancel your vacation 7 to 15 days prior to your arrival we pay you back 50 % of your advanced payment

Cancel your vacation less than 7 days prior to your arrival

if you cancel your vacation less than 7 days prior to your arrival or you do not show up on your arrival date we will not return your advanced payment to you

The guest does not show up on his arrival date

in case the guest does not show up on his arrival date for the vacation he agrees to pay the total amount of the vacation as well.
