Room Description

3-bedroom spacious suite is located on the 1st floor. It is suitable for larger families or couples who want more privacy as each room has its own private bathroom. Two double rooms and one triple room provide enough comfort for up to 7 people. But if necessary, the sofa in the living area can be converted into a bed as well. Each room has a desk, a chair and a wardrobe. The kitchen with a pantry is spacious and well equipped. It has a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic stove a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven and all other basic utensils needed for cooking. The living area has a nice large sofa, flat-screen TV and a desk. Two bathrooms have a shower and one bathroom has a bath. All bathrooms have toilets and hairdryers.

3-bedroom spacious suite floor plan

Children under 5 years can stay at the apartments for free if they sleep in bed together with their parents. Arrival to the apartments is possible after 4 pm. On the last day guests must leave the apartments before 10 am. Early arrival and late departure are possible by arrangement. It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments or have pets in them. The price of the apartments depends on the number of persons staying in the apartment, the length of the stay and the time of year. Parking for guests is available in front of the house. Cancellation Policy

In case of a cancellation we pay you back your advanced payment according to the following conditions:

if you cancel your vacation 15 days prior to your arrival we pay you back 100 % of your advanced payment

Cancel your vacation 7 to 15 days prior to your arrival

if you cancel your vacation 7 to 15 days prior to your arrival we pay you back 50 % of your advanced payment

Cancel your vacation less than 7 days prior to your arrival

if you cancel your vacation less than 7 days prior to your arrival or you do not show up on your arrival date we will not return your advanced payment to you

The guest does not show up on his arrival date

in case the guest does not show up on his arrival date for the vacation he agrees to pay the total amount of the vacation as well.
